A: Yes. We offer seasonal maintenance, oil changes, fluid flushes, tune-ups, belt replacements, and other standard upkeep services to keep your machine running reliably.

Q: Can I bring in a machine that another shop couldn’t fix?
A: Absolutely. Many of our customers come to us for second opinions or specialized diagnostic work. We’re known for tracking down hard-to-find issues.

Q: What diagnostic tools does Preferred Powersports use?
A: We use advanced diagnostic tools including Dynojet, CanDoo, and Digital Wrench software to read error codes and assess performance for most major brands.

Parts & Ordering

Q: Can I order parts through you?
A: Yes. We are partnered with Parts Unlimited, WPS, and other distributors to order both OEM and aftermarket parts. We can also recommend upgrades based on your machine and riding style.

Q: Do you sell SunF Tires?
A: Yes. As an authorized SunF dealer.

Appointments & Shop Policies

Q: Do you accept walk-ins?
A: No. Our shop is by appointment only to ensure focused attention on every job. Please call or text to schedule.

Q: How far out are appointments scheduled?
A: Wait times vary by season. Spring and summer appointments fill up quickly, so we recommend booking early.

Q: Can I get a written quote before dropping off my machine?
A: Quotes are only given after in-person inspection. Each machine is different, and diagnostics are often required to determine pricing.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept cash, credit card, and select mobile payment options.

Q: Is there a cancellation fee?
A: No cancellation fee is charged, but we do appreciate notice if you need to reschedule.

A: We do not currently offer mobile services, but we are smalltown people here to help.
